What we collect
Contractor accounts: email, encrypted password, business name, logo, brand colors, review links, license and insurance text, social handles, plan status, and support messages. Invoices: customer name, email, phone number, address, job details, and any attachments you upload.
Why we collect it
To run the software, send your bills, manage your THORN subscription, and fix bugs. We do not—and will never—sell your data or your customers' data.
Payment information
Credit card numbers are collected and processed securely by Stripe, never by THORN. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.
Your customers
If you enter a customer's name, email, phone number, or address on an invoice, we store it so the bill can be delivered and paid. Questions about the work or the bill go to you, the contractor.
Address lookup
Optional address suggestions are provided by Geoapify using OpenStreetMap data. Text you type in an address field is sent to Geoapify to return suggestions. You can always type or edit an address by hand. See Geoapify's privacy policy.
Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
Account deletion
If you want your THORN account permanently deleted, email support@sendthorn.com from the address associated with your account. Paid invoice records may be retained for basic accounting and tax compliance.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date above.
